1. About Huntsman Miniatures
Huntsman Miniatures is a UK‑based independent workshop producing 1:60 scale resin miniatures for tabletop gaming, collecting, and display. All products are designed, printed, cleaned, and finished by a single artisan maker.
By placing an order or submitting a commission request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Product Definitions
To avoid ambiguity:
Made‑to‑order products: Standard catalogue miniatures printed on demand.
Custom commissions: Bespoke sculpts or personalised models created specifically for the customer.
These two categories follow different refund and cancellation rules.
3. Products & Materials
All miniatures are produced using high‑quality UV‑cured resin.
Each model is cleaned, cured, washed, and supplied unpainted unless otherwise stated.
Minor surface artefacts inherent to resin printing (layer lines, micro‑pitting, small support marks) do not constitute defects.
Resin colour may vary slightly between batches.
Product images represent the item as accurately as possible, but colour and appearance may vary depending on lighting and screen settings.
Some models may require assembly and basic hobby tools (e.g., glue, clippers).
4. Custom Commissions
Pricing ranges from £25–£140, depending on size and complexity.
Typical turnaround time is 3–10 days, but all timelines are estimates and may vary due to workload or equipment maintenance.
Huntsman Miniatures reserves the right to decline commissions that are not feasible or that violate intellectual property laws.
Work begins only after details are confirmed and payment is received.
Minor revisions may be included; major redesigns may incur additional charges.
Custom commissions are non‑refundable once sculpting or printing has begun, except in cases of defect or error.
5. Intellectual Property
Huntsman Miniatures only sells models that are original creations or licensed for commercial use.
Customers must not request commissions based on copyrighted characters, designs, or IP they do not own.
Purchased miniatures are for personal use only.
Resale, recasting, duplication, or distribution of printed models or STL files is strictly prohibited.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe or PayPal.
Payment processing fees are included in the final price.
Huntsman Miniatures reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Standard orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days.
Custom commissions may take longer depending on complexity.
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or an equivalent service.
International shipping may be available upon request.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, Huntsman Miniatures will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost parcel claims may require customer cooperation with courier investigations.
Incorrect Addresses
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Huntsman Miniatures is not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Production Capacity
Huntsman Miniatures operates as a single‑maker workshop. Order volume may be limited to ensure quality and manageable production times. If demand exceeds production capacity, order windows may temporarily close or dispatch times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any changes before printing begins.
8. Returns & Refunds
Because all miniatures are made to order:
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Customers must contact Huntsman Miniatures within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
Refunds or replacements will be offered where appropriate.
Minor resin artefacts do not qualify as defects.
Custom commissions are non‑refundable once work has begun.
9. Cancellations
Standard orders may be cancelled before printing begins.
Custom commissions cannot be cancelled once sculpting or printing has started.
If a cancellation is accepted, refunds will be issued minus any processing fees.
10. Safety Notice
Resin miniatures are not toys and are not suitable for children.
Models may contain small parts and sharp edges.
Resin dust should never be sanded or inhaled without proper protection.
Huntsman Miniatures is not responsible for paint adhesion issues caused by improper cleaning, priming, or environmental conditions.
11. Liability
Huntsman Miniatures is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, modification, or painting.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect delivery information.
All products are provided “as described,” and minor cosmetic variations are normal due to the nature of resin printing.
Force Majeure
Huntsman Miniatures is not liable for delays or failure to fulfil orders caused by circumstances beyond our control, including illness, equipment failure, supply shortages, natural disasters, or power outages.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication.
Data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
Customers may request deletion of their personal data at any time.
Information is never sold or shared with third parties.
13. Right to Refuse Service
Huntsman Miniatures reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion, including cases of abusive behaviour, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
